Req ID 44372, Mexico Sr.Mgr.Plant Ensure positive P& L performance through monthly analysis, reporting and staff involvement and ensure the target achievement.Implement an efficient structure and processes to meet customer expectations & company targets and review progression & attainment with subordinates.Develop, coordinate and execute the short & long-term Strategic andBusiness Plan including resource planning, implementation and monitoring and guarantee that appropriate corrective actions are takr any non-conformances.Develop and monitor Policies and Procedurr the plant and ensure the plant complies with applicabderal and State laws and regulations.Monitor, analyze and report on the organizations performance and KPIs to senior management.Build and maintain customer relationships with Key Account Clients.Lead, guide, develop and support the plant management team while creating an environment of cooperation, integrity and mutual trust.Establish and maintain a positive, safe andteam-oriented work environment through leadership, performanedback and coaching.Ensure the implementation of best practice production standards & processes within the plant.Represent the plant on divisional and group level and serve as member of management committer special projects.Attend and actively participate in cronctional team meetings.Promote and drive an environment of continuous improvement by actively driving initiatives on ZF PS, business-relevant projects & 5S-1.Ensure the overall compliance with company policies, directives & guidelines, TS16949 & ISO 14001 and the locallegal environment.Create and maintain positive labor relations.Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar Min.
