Their main task is to increase the number of sales of each of the clients in the portfolio they manage, through the optimisation of the online marketing of each direct channel and advising on new trends in online marketing, competitiveness and profitability. The level of service given to the client is very important, in terms of trying to manage the issues that arise quickly and accurately with respect to the service agreed upon with ROIBACK.POSITIONThe DCS will be responsible for managing the accounts of the clients assigned to them. The main functions to be covered are:Help define targets.Continuously monitor that the targets for sales and quality of service agreed with the client are met.Identify the level of account optimisation in the online marketing of your product periodically; define and execute an action plan that maximizes revenues through the direct channel and report the status of the targets.Advise and develop the trends of online marketing (promotional campaigns and email marketing, investment in SEM, members etc.) in each of the accounts in order to maximize the ROI of all marketing actions.Advise on pricing and revenue management improvement plans for the direct channel.Implement the new value-added products that ROIBACK offers its customers.Meet the client's needs regarding changes in the marketing of their product and coordinate and follow up with the departments that are responsible for resolving the rest of the requests.Increase the level of loyalty: Maintain contact with people responsible for the client's account through periodic calls and on-site visits and continuously assess progress and their needs
