Their main task is to increase the number of sales of each of the clients inthe portfolio they manage, through the optimisation of the online marketing of each direct channel and advising on new trends in online marketing,competitiveness and profitability. The level of service given to the client is very important, in terms of trying to manage the issues that arise quickly andaccurately with respect to the service agreed upon with ROIBACK.POSITIONWHAT ARE THE FUNCTIONS OF A DCS?The DCS will be responsible for managing the accounts of the clients assigned to them. The main functions to be covered are:- Help define targets.- Continuously monitoring that the targets for sales and quality of service agreed with the client are met.- Identifying the level of account optimisation in the online marketing of your product periodically; defining and executing an action plan thatmaximizes revenues through the direct channel and reporting the status of the targets.Of the accounts in order to maximize the ROI of all marketing actions.- Advising on pricing and revenue management improvement plans for the direct channel.- Implementing the new value-added products that ROIBACK offers its customers.- Meeting the client's needs regarding changes in the marketing of their product and coordinating and following up with thedepartments that are responsible for resolving the rest of the requests.- Increasing the level of loyalty: Maintaining contact with people responsible for the client's account through periodiccalls and on-site visits and continuously assessing progress and their needs.PROFILEWHAT CHARACTERISTICS DOES A DCS NEED TO HAVE?Analytical & Rigorous- Careful analysis of the control KPIs of the tracking reports (sales, traffic, change, markets, etc) in order todetect trends and their causes
