Description Direct Sell InternSteelcase Monterrey is looking for an intern to join the Direct Sell Order Fulfillment Department.As an intern, you will be doing:Organizes, analyzes, researches and proofreads internal purchase orders.Identifies order conditions for critical information required by manufacturing to meet deadlines.Supports sales and product development efforts by accurately entering purchase orders.Ensures orders are acknowledged within Sales Service throughput measures by accurately identifying the necessary steps needed to complete orders and routing them to the appropriate work area.Researches order discrepancies pertaining to schedule request, pricing, shipping information and service part order information.Communicates with dealers and customer service representatives regarding simple to complex change requests and discrepancies.Communicates with various levels of internal and external customers.Perform direct pricing and invoicing functions.Releasing commissions to Steelcase dealers.
