Job Description:Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de Recursos Humanos integral dentro de la organización que se alineen con la visión de la compañía.Asegurar que todas las actividades y programas relacionados con Recursos Humanos sean aplicados en conformidad con la estrategia global de la organización.Asegurar que la organización cuente con el Capital Humano necesario, competente, comprometido y de manera oportuna, para el logro de los objetivos de negocio actuales y futuros.Asegurar que las Políticas y Prácticas de Recursos Humanos fomenten un clima y cultura organizacional satisfactorio dentro de la empresa y con el nivel adecuado de competitividad en el mercado, coherencia y transparencia con la Casa Matriz y la adecuada, ética y responsable relación con instancias externas pertinentes y el adecuado cumplimiento al marco regulatorio aplicable.Asegurar la adecuada Seguridad Industrial y Cumplimiento Medio Ambiental para soportar las necesidades actuales y futuras del negocio y la normatividad aplicable.Asegurar la estabilidad de las relaciones laborales entre la empresa y los sindicatos en las divisiones correspondientes.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company:AIRBUS HELICOPTERS MEXICO, S.A. de C.V.
