This senior-level position is pivotal in driving business growth by nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within our current client base.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within existing client accounts.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales activity, and growth opportunities to senior management.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client growth.Experience:Minimum of 9-14 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.Strong preference on consulting experience working with enterprise solutions such as Salesforce, SAP, AWS, Azure, ServiceNow.Must possess executive presence and ability to communicate to C-Level executives demonstrating value and differentiation.Industry experience in industry and automation, manufacturing and diversified Industries.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
