That is where you come in!Job DescriptionA dynamic customer-facing role managing the connect/relationship in the account.Play a leadership role and guide the team by example aligning with core values of CARING.Manage distributed teams internally and at the client side.Ability to forge connections with different client stakeholders and navigate the political setup for a large global client.Risk and dependency management in a multivendor/multi-team setup for a large global client.Responsible for account growth identifying new business opportunities.Coordinate, communicate, prioritize, resolve, and escalate operational problems working closely with Project CEOs/Scrum Masters of different project streams.Close coordination with the project management team for smooth delivery.Ensure onboarding of the right talent/resources and act as operational guide for the team to cover the gaps.Plan short and long-term plans and activities for account growth, participating in RFPs, new proposals, among others.Control project finances, invoices, and growth margins with a focus on customer satisfaction.Knowledge of the latest technology trends/tools/frameworks.Knowledge of retail/commerce would be an added advantage.QualificationsMust have Skills: Account Management and Business Development (Strong).#J-18808-Ljbffr
