Job Summary:The Commercial Director for Mexico will lead the overall commercial strategy for the country, driving sales growth through channel partnerships, distributor relationships, and key account management. This role is pivotal in aligning our go-to-market strategy with the specific needs of the Mexican market, overseeing the execution of reseller incentive programs, and managing the Channel Development Specialists. The Commercial Director will be responsible for expanding footprint in the B2B and retail segments while ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for Mexico, with a focus on driving growth through reseller and distribution channels.Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Channel Development Specialists and the overall commercial team.Ensure alignment of Mexico's commercial goals with broader Latin American sales objectives.Collaborate with distributors to develop and implement joint business plans that drive sales growth and market share expansion.Support reseller partners in increasing B2B and retail sales through targeted marketing initiatives, product launches, and incentive programs.Set and manage revenue targets, profitability goals, and sales forecasts for Mexico.Monitor financial performance, identifying opportunities to optimize costs and increase margins.Develop and execute plans to grow our market share in key sectors, especially in corporate (B2B) markets.Lead and mentor a team of Channel Development Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their individual and team sales targets.Work closely with other internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of commercial plans.Qualifications:Experience: 7-10 years of experience in a commercial leadership role within the technology or accessories industry, with a focus on channel sales and business development.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Skills:Proven track record of managing reseller channels, distributor relationships, and large commercial teams.Strong understanding of incentive program management and ability to implement sales-driving initiatives.Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing multi-functional teams.Data-driven mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions based on market analysis.Language: Fluent in both Spanish and English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
