If that sounds like a challenge you want to help tackle, we want you to join our team!Responsibilities:Head of the commercial relationship and customer service during the operational stage of the assets in Mexico, including contract management and negotiation.Provide advice to Sr Leaders on business risks to business unit assets in Mexico and their contractual impact.Advise/coach business development and JV teams during negotiations with CFE on new contracts or systems expansion projects.Represent TC Energía before the Energy Regulatory Commission, generating a regulatory strategy that allows the continuity and optimization of asset operations in Mexico and the execution/in service of new projects.Participate in forums for discussion of commercial and regulatory issues for the natural gas industry in Mexico.Manage the regulatory team that requests/maintains or modifies the transport permits necessary for the operation of current assets in Mexico and new infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with permit obligations.Develop the succession and staff development strategy to ensure the continuity of business activities for the commercial performance and regulatory team in Mexico.Submit proposals to Senior Management regarding commercial solutions based on national and international contractual and regulatory frameworks that allow the development of new business or services.Collaborate with other business unit teams in Mexico, Canada, and the United States to address customer business requirements in Mexico.Ensure that the billing processes for services provided by the business unit in Mexico, follow-up with customers, and collection are carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the corresponding contracts.Responsible for budget approval and tracking processes, in accordance with company guidelines and policies.Other tasks as needed.Requirements:Excellent leadership and management skills, including the ability to coach and develop the capability of departmental staff.Ability to provide advice and strategy on multi-company projects from a business and regulatory perspective.Ability to manage contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.Ability to generate business strategies to address customer and interconnected party needs.Ability to propose, develop, and implement solutions to complex project-related problems.Ability to influence, work effectively, and lead multidisciplinary teams.Excellent oral and written communication skills, in English and Spanish.Ability to adapt to changing mandates, ambiguity, and tight deadlines.Ability to work, gain cooperation from, and influence senior management
