It requires exceptional leadership, strategic creativity, and the ability to deliver solutions tailored to diverse cultural contexts.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Vision:Design innovative and disruptive concepts that captivate audiences across digital platforms, social media, print, and traditional media.Ensure all campaigns reflect the brand's essence and inspire consumers.Inspire, guide, and develop a diverse team of designers, writers, editors, producers, and other creatives.Foster a collaborative and dynamic environment that drives excellence and continuous innovation.Strategy and Trends:Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Mexico and Brazil to ensure cultural and strategic alignment in all campaigns.Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, consumer insights, and advancements in digital platforms to integrate them into projects.Creative Project Management:Oversee the full lifecycle of each project, from concept to final delivery, ensuring exceptional quality and timely execution.Propose fresh, original, and disruptive ideas to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the competition.Strategic Communication:Serve as the creative vision ambassador within the agency and with clients, articulating proposals clearly and persuasively.What We're Looking ForEducation:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communication, or related fields.Preferred: Certifications in Storytelling, Creative Direction, or Digital Strategies.Experience:At least 10 years in advertising, with 5 years leading creative teams in the digital environment.Proven experience developing campaigns for the entertainment or lifestyle industries.Experience managing multicultural projects across LATAM.Languages:Advanced Spanish (mandatory).Advanced English (mandatory).Intermediate to advanced Portuguese (preferred)
