**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the creation and execution of compelling and effective visual designs for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visual concepts that communicate key messages in a striking manner.
- Supervise and guide the creative team in implementing visual strategies.
- Stay updated on design trends and creatively adapt them to our initiatives.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring design quality and consistency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role.
- Strong graphic design skills, proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (office and remote) in Monterrey.
- Portfolio showcasing creativity, originality, and the ability to convey messages through design
