VP of Marketing? or similar- Microsoft Office proficiency- Passion for excellence in customer service, including proactive anticipation of needs- Professional communication (written and verbal)- Attention to details- Possess understanding of the travel industry (background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation desirable)- Strategic thinking & problem-solving abilities to be hands-on- Ability to build relationships and liaise with multiple stakeholders, and you perform well in matrix environments- Great decision-making skills and the ability to make difficult decisions**These are the main responsibilities of the job**:- Collaborates with the general management in the strategic planning of the company's growth and evolution- Designs and supervises sales strategies for the company's channels- Ensures the fulfillment of the work plans of the collaborators under his charge- Supports the director of administration and finance with financial analysis and projections- Collaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels- Increase brand awareness through development and implementation of a cohesive marketing plan- Use creative PR strategies to build relationships with stakeholders and media- Anticipates customer needs for the continuous search of new products and global partners- Designs and implements short-, medium- and long-term strategies in his work team to achieve the goals and objectives of his area, leading to continuous improvement in terms of service quality, productivity and profitability of the company.- Defines the strategy of the commercial policies and conditions determined by the company, for the profiles of each client.- Defines the strategy of marketing regulations for products and services from validated and preferential suppliers.**What we offer**:- Gross monthly salary of $3,450 USD- Quarterly bonus (based on management performance and gross profit results for the period).- 15 days of Christmas bonus- 17 days on the first-year anniversary working on the company with annual increases
