The Department Director is responsible for overall management direction for assigned department.General Responsibilities- Create an annual business plan that provides a unit operational budget that supports the revenue and profitability goals of the Company- Directs team and overall business operations in assigned divisions to achieve company goals- Directs and assigns resources, workloads and manage schedules to ensure timely deliverables- Oversees employee recruitment and performance evaluation activities of staff- Drives positive relationships with the staff and customer base- Develops department's annual budget- Evaluates department performance and develops new strategies for performance improvements- Resolve business issues and ensure that all escalated issues are closed- Develop and enforce best practices to ensure operational efficiency- Identify areas of improvements and concerns and accordingly develop action plansExperience / Qualifications- A university degree required (i.E.
