Honeywell is looking for a Director - HR Ops digital solutions in our Digital HR Solutions Organization.
This role is hosted within the Corporate HR shared service team and is responsible for owning the product roadmap for all HR systems.
This role will partner closely with the HRS Global operation team and work in partnership with Functional COE, Enterprise IT, HRS, Business Excellence and Data Analytics team(s) to deliver an enhanced service delivery experience.
This role will be responsible for gathering business requirements, prioritizing initiatives, informing & influencing decisions as the SME on product roadmap, as well as, executing on strategic programs.
The team's products and services are designed to support Honeywell employee population.
This role will need to find the right balance between compliance, innovation, operational efficiency, process/technology standardization, product rationalization, and resource optimization.
In this role, you will provide strategic leadership to achieve business objectives and provide leadership to a globally distributed team.
You will be responsible for the development of the digital roadmap for all talent systems, which in turn will enhance the overall business value, enable talent transformation(s) and improve the customer experience.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Define the strategy and roadmap for HR operations service delivery solutions
- Work as a liaison between key stakeholders in HR, Legal, IT, COEs and overall HRS teams
- Drive continuous improvements and upgrades to stay ahead of technology trends
- Influence and develop leaders in the team
- Evaluate current technology trends, as appropriate, and drive the supplier selection RFP process in partnership with IT and Procurement
- Monitor and measure current solution performance to ensure all solutions are operating effectively
- Direct critical initiatives and drive enhancements of the process orders
- Consult and advise senior leaders on best practices and methodologies for talent tools
- Ensure project planning is aligned to the annual strategic planning process
- Oversee project implementation by defining and establishing goals, operating governance processes, metrics management, and success indicators
- Work with the Talent COE in prioritizing projects to achieve business outcomes within the set timelines and cost constraints

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor's Degree (HR, IT, Engineering OR related discipline preferred)
- 12+ years of transferrable experience
- Experience running global implementations and building transition strategies
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within a cross-functional work environment
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Project/program management experienc
- Working technical knowledge

- Broad knowledge and experience with Human Resource management systems, competencies, and best practices
- Ability to translate customer pain points and leadership goals into project requirements
