.Overview:THE ROLE:The Director, Digital Product Activation will lead the development and implementation of strategies to accelerate digital growth by successfully bringing digital products to market and ensuring scaled adoption internally and externally (with our Distributors). This position leads at the intersection of global digital product leaders and regional business stakeholders to develop and execute plans including training, driving product awareness, user engagement, and loyalty. The position requires a strong background in product marketing, extensive experience in change management and product launch strategies, as well as a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:Develop and execute the product activation strategy for the company's digital products in the Americas.Measure towards digital adoption targets and share best practices and benchmarking.Lead regional change management for Digital Office internally and partner for external delivery to our Market business partners and Distributors.Provide activation strategy for each product in each market including marketing and communications plans to support product launches (developing messaging, coordinating marketing campaigns, and managing budgets).Collaborate with the global activation team to leverage global training materials and deliver/develop cross-functionally to ensure successful Go To Market in the Americas.Drive market communication internally/externally for all product launches, upgrades, activations.Partner with market-level sales and customer success teams to ensure launch readiness including planning calendars and developing training materials.Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including senior executives, project managers, and subject matter experts, to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives.Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor product launches, including defining product positioning and identifying target audiences.Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and user acquisition.Gather feedback from markets and cross-functional partners to provide the product team with insight to support prioritizing the roadmap.Analyze user data to identify opportunities to improve user adoption, retention, and satisfaction.Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:This team will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of the company's digital products.
