Director Finance & Accounting

**Director Finance & Accounting** you will be responsible for:
This position is responsible for overseeing the accounting for Mexico.
The director must be a proactive and decisive leader, focused on process efficiencies, timely reporting of accurate and valuable information to our business partners and possess extensive experience with SOX compliance, as this is a key position for managing risk.
The director must be knowledgeable of all key financial reporting deadlines.
The individual will be responsible for managing the accounting relationship with the Resort and Real Estate business partners and outsourced service providers, which will include the collaborative development and refinement of value-add and timely reporting of information critical to the business.

**Qualifications**
- To perform this role successfully, you must have the following minimum background and experiences:

- 4 year collage degree in Accounting or Finance required
- BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
- CPA or MBA
- Good working knowledge of ERP system, Proficient Excel skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Self-motivated, self-starter, and detail oriented.
- Good working knowledge of ERP system - Oracle
