**Position Summary**
Responsible of the financial planning & analysis, accounting and internal control for the Supply Chain, Merchandising, Inventory and Indirect Procurement functions. Work collaboratively with the functional areas to define and create actionable information and reporting that assists in the decision making and strategic planning processes.Accountable to strive for business partnerhsip with the corrrespondent VPs and teams of the functional areas to provide sounded financial recommendations that support them in their decisicion making process and allow to be seen as a trusted advisor. Activelly involved with the FP&A finance team to support the financial planning process as well to demonstrate ability to connect with corporate to ensure aligment of processes.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Develop and growth strong professional relationships and communication with your functional business partners (Merchandising & Supply Chain) to agree key business performance targets and financial budgets/forecasts. Demonstrate ability to influence and collaborate at VP and Director level to ensure objectives are met as well as the sense to design scorecards and mesurements to monitor the right execution,risk and opportunities of the functional objectives.
- Provide useful financial insight and advice to the business partners to support them in their decisions making process around the formulation and execution of the business strategy. Responsible to build a business intelligence infrastucture that demonstrate analytical flexibility and generation of promptly and accurate ad hoc reporting.
- Ensure accuracy of the financial results through Finance Managers and provide accurate and timely reporting.
- Ensure internal controls are in place across the Merchandising, Supply Chain, Inventory Accounting and Indirect Procurement functions. Demonstrate anticipation to assess and identify internal controls opportunities within the company process and lead the design and implementation of the appropiate countermeasures in alignment with Corporate policies.
- Accountable of the definition and governance of the indirect procurement activities to ensure the appropiate internal control are in place and follow by the entire company. Responsable to develop policies & procedures, supplier sourcing biddings and reverse auctions as well identify cost saving opportunities implementing supplier consolidation to take advantage of economies of scale.
- Recruit, motivate, develop and set expectations to the team members in order to maximize their capabilities and support sucession planning purposes contributing to the internal finance talent pipeline. Promote a respectful and positive team working environment that facilitates cultural change
**Position Requirements**:
- Level of Formal Education: A Master's degree (MA, MS, MBA) or equivalent.- Area of Study: Finance and Accounting- Years of Experience: More than seven years.- Type of Experience: Financial Analysis & Planning, Internal Control, Talent Management and previous experience of business partnership at manager, director and VP level
