We are looking for a driven, independent, highly-organized Director for Lead Generation to help grow and scale our real estate business.
We're looking for someone who likes to learn, takes the initiative, and knows how to problem-solve.
**SALES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST**.

An integrator so that all the pieces will fit together smoothly and a delegator so that everyone can do their job better in the end.
We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is comfortable meeting tight deadlines and working in the fast-paced, high-energy environment.

- Be an extension of the CEO you will be working with, both professional and friendly
- Be a "gatekeeper" when needed, without making people feel unimportant
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Lead Agent.
- Manage complex calendars, current projects, customer fire drills and various project needs.
- Organize internal and external meetings
- Lead and provide support and follow up on various businesses and special projects as assigned which touch on a broad range of topics.
- Conduct, research and create reports and/or presentations.

**What will you do?

These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:
- The **Director of Lead Generation** increases the number and quality of leads.
- Serves as the leader in new lead generation campaigns while increasing the efficiency of existing campaigns.
- Manages the brand and all sales locations.
- Runs the outside sales department, expanding the database.
- Runs the inside sales department, qualifying leads and creating appointments.
- Creates standards and develops metrics to hold others accountable.
- Creates and manages lead generation training for the entire system.
- Manage Team of Inside Sales Agents
- Sends Daily Report of the Inside Sales Agents Performance
- Coach and Develop the Inside Sales Agent Team
