Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.Your New Role…As the Director FP&A, you will be part of the WBD line of business domain within WBD FP&A and Data Analytics Center of Excellence (COE). This role is an integral member of the team, leading the analysis of one of the company segments individually (Networks, Studios, or DTC & Corporate) plus the consolidation of the WBD story driving the insights that support the management decision-making process. One of the key activities will be to ensure the consistency and integrity of financial reporting across the segments as well as the deliverables provided on time with maintained quality to Group FP&A. You will be responsible for building an internal network to effectively partner with our business unit finance teams as well as internal COE teams to consolidate the necessary information. This role will be expected to work independently with various partners across finance to deliver thoughtful forecasts and variance analyses in their assigned areas. It will require daily contact with the senior leadership team across WBD finance. The candidate should be able to perform a variety of tasks under time pressure and tight deadlines during critical FP&A delivery periods. A successful candidate will be able to navigate an ever-changing, dynamic environment with a positive attitude and seek opportunities to drive efficient processes and challenge the status quo. It will also require the management and development of the direct team, ensuring that there is a consistent message provided to the leadership on time.
