Nuestro cliente es el lider regional en la distribucion y venta de alimentos y bebidas a través de vending machines y nos ha pedido buscar un Director General para liderar las operaciones de la empresa ubicada en Tijuana, B.C. About the job The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees. Responsibilities Sets high safety standards and acts accordingly, with zero tolerance for unsafe practices. Possess the business acumen to position the Company as a strategic advantage for our customers and suppliers. Clearly lead the business drivers of our last mile service operations, including safety, operations, sales deployment, and customer service toward the execution of Company's Essentials go to market strategy. Execute our desire for continued improvement in top line gross profit growth, while improving conversion ratios and working capital metrics of inventory and account receivables. Understand and use financial KPI´s and P&L Metrics to measure and improve upon business performance including volume, gross profit, staff expenses and operating expenses. Increase gross margin and gross margin conversion by working with regional sourcing organization and the product management / material management teams through volume, price and inventory management. Recruit & hire, reward & recognize, train & develop, coach & counsel, and take corrective action as needed. Qualifications Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative and Financial skills Demonstrated ability to lead Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills
