This leadership role involves overseeing global supply management, order management, supply chain optimization, integrated business planning, new product introduction and digital supply chain to ensure the supply chain supports the company's global objectives and market demands.Key Responsibilities:Direct the country's supply chain strategy in alignment with global objectives.Lead and develop the supply chain team to achieve performance KPIs.Manage end-to-end supply chain operations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and quality standards.Collaborate with global counterparts to implement best practices and process standardization.Utilize data analytics to forecast demand and optimize the supply chain network.Provide key operational insights to the broader Micron organization based at Guadalajara across Engineering, Business Operations, Manufacturing Operations, and IT.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Extensive experience in global supply chain management at a directorial level.Proven track record of strategic planning and execution in supply chain operations.Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams.Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Deep understanding of international trade, logistics, and supply chain software.Preferred Skills:Experience with ERP systems and advanced supply chain technologies.Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and risk management in the supply chain.Key people management, expansion & recruiting strategy, and partnerships with existing supply chain ecosystem in Guadalajara, MX, as well as key university relations to target the right talent pool.Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment and manage complex projects.
