Direct the Region or Functions recruiting and development activities, in conjunction with corporate Talent Acquisition process, to ensure compliance with all local legal regulations and the company's long and short-term objectives. Identify and implement cost-effective, time-sensitive talent acquisition strategies to recruit qualified candidates and build a talent pipeline for all open positions and future new business opportunities.Ensure human resource policies and practices are consistent with the Company's mission and core values. Partner with the leadership team to implement effective communication strategies, rewards programs and effective employee relations programs. Oversight for managing organization budget.Oversee all labor relations activities to include agreement negotiations, arbitrations, grievances and union relationships with appropriate union representation. (For sights under collective bargaining agreements). Partner with the global Human Resources team as well as corporate legal staff to address associate-related legal issues.Direct the design and implementation of human resource development programs for the region in conjunction with the global HR team.Support the global Human Resources strategy and functional business plans by developing, implementing and monitoring the human resource planning processes (workforce planning) to ensure leadership continuity and a continued supply of high talent team members. Continuously review strengths and weaknesses of management to identify specific skills required to continue in a leadership capacity. Maintain awareness and knowledge of key Human Resources issues and methods while coaching and training managers and staff in key areas.Ensure that syncreon's global HRIS system is maintained and effectively used within the organization. Participate in and support the company's safety strategies to ensure employee safety and reduce workers' compensation costs.Provide functional executives with key HR metrics to assist them in effectively managing the organization.Your Key QualificationsBA in Human Resources, Business or related field required, MA preferred. HR Certificate preferred.Fluency in English and Spanish is required.Extensive experience in Human Resources in progressively senior roles is required.Proven expertise in working with and developing long-term business relationships with senior level executive, across; driving results, being a change agent and having strong influencing skills
