Job Title: Director, I&A and Sales Operations Platforms
Position Description Summary: Align to the vision and objectives of key I&A and Sales Operations capability owners to plan and execute against a technology roadmap including enhancements, updates, changes, and evaluation of new or replacement technologies.Manage all CSLB commercial technologies and platforms that align to the I&A and Sales Operations functions, which require I&T support.Ensure global system scalability and efficient resourcing for process, maintenance, enhancements and roadmaps.Enhance global I&A and Sales Operations excellence and enable new capabilities via optimization of existing / deployment of new platforms.Take a hands-on approach to executing an operating model that rapidly adapts platforms to the changing needs of the business.Internal expert in Axtria DataMAx features, roadmap and processes.Key partner for a dynamic list of platforms and systems that support delivery of global I&A and Sales Operations capabilities including commercial data and analytics, Veeva Align & Network, etc.Global voice aligned with I&A, Sales Operations in prioritizing, planning, and implementing technologies, enhancements, and processes.Guide global discussions to prioritize enhancements, capabilities and technology investments.Lead the process for establishing effective measurement, with KPIs aligned across I&A and Sales Operations.Partner with functional leads across the organization to continually adapt and improve associated platform processes.Ensure ongoing compliance of all commercial platforms, adapting to affiliate requirements.Align to the strategic vision of I&A and Sales Operations capability leads.Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand and envision future platform needs and build a roadmap to deliver.Responsible for communicating, influencing, and collaborating with I&A and Sales Operations, I&T Commercial Applications team, platform partners, digital capability leads, CSL Seqirus and CSL Vifor peers.Qualifications & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or business field.12 plus years experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, with experience in customer engagement platforms and tech.Deep knowledge of principles of commercial data warehouses and management Axtria Datamax, with a strong focus on staying at the forefront of new technologies.Experience in I&A or Sales Operations.Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and credibility with CSL leaders and key external stakeholders.Knowledge of relevant business, legal, compliance and regulatory requirements.Multiple years' experience working in an international environment and with matrixed, cross-functional teams.Excellent collaboration, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.Familiarity with global regulations and cultural nuances.Strong technical expertise, with focus on customer engagement platforms and technologies.
