**What You'll Be Doing**:- Help the business to understand "the art of the possible" in using modern technologies.- Business case submissions to secure funding.- Ensures deployment resources understand the vision of the solution so they can increase adoption and improve utilization; and leverage survey results, interviews with users and analytics and insights to continuously improve and scale solutions.
**Your Team**:**What You'll Bring**:- Bachelor's degree with > 10 years of experience digital products and projects.- Life sciences industry preferred; other highly regulated industries considered.- > 10 years of experience on ERP systems and processes.- Prior responsibility for annual capital budgets of $4MM or more for project execution.- > 5 years of experience inmanaging relationships directly with business partners at all levels of the organization.- > 2 years experience managing people with the ability to build, mature and manage a high functioning team.- Working experience with Agile approach and culture; Understanding the SAFe (Agile at scale) approach is a plus.- Prototyping and rapid ideation/discovery
