SHEIN is hiring the Director, Logistics Operations based in Mexico for logistics team. The Logistics team is a group of leaders driving to provide excellent services for our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and in the most cost-effective way possible. We are looking for creative leaders with a passion for high complex challenges, a knack for problem solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks/opportunities, and daily change control management. Cross-team coordination, project management, and executive interaction skills are essential. To be successful in the role, you need strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, ability to influence across business functions and manage stakeholders' expectations effectively.This position will support for the Mexican logistics last mile operations management.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for running last mile operation, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers and customers;
Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements - Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads to align operational activities with business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services;
Using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and above in logistics/warehousing/supply chain and other majors are preferred;
6+ years of last mile operations experiences in top E-commerce companies; Be familiar with logistics and supply chain in Mexico;
Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders;
Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up;
Strong people partnership skills with the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams;
Works well under pressure with the ability to prioritize competing deliverables;
Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
