Sets manufacturing and operations strategic direction and motivates staff and organization to meet quality, cost, schedule, inventory, and delivery requirements while fostering an environment of continuous improvement. You will drive business development and value by completing large cross-functional projects including Manufacturing transfer and maximize competencies around Lean/Six Sigma. Deliver regular process improvement in all major portions of the business and best practices for continuous improvement as part of the company culture in alignment with the overall business strategy. You will be responsible for organizing project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensuring communication facilitates completion of the program/project are on schedule and within budget constraints.**Additional responsibilities include**:- Responsible for design, implementation, monitor and oversee all operations and the actions required to assure production, shipping schedules and planned sales are achieved within the operational expense and capital budgets.- Prepares weekly and monthly operational reports covering products scheduling and shipping activities, major product availability issues, and product support projects
