**E**ssential** **F**unctions**:- Directs, develops, implements, and facilitates marketing strategies, activities, and policies for Glidewell Mexico.- Serves as liaison with marketing department in USA for ongoing promotional campaigns in Mexico.- Localizes promotional and collateral materials that have been developed in the USA, adapting them to the Mexican market.- Establishes strategic marketing plans in Mexico to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.- Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives in the local market.- Working with the Marketing Department in the USA, plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail for Mexico.- Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.- Develops and manages marketing operating budget.- Ensures effective control of marketing results; takes corrective actionto guarantee achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.- Communicates regularly with Marketing Department in the USA to discuss campaign results and recommend changes that better support Mexican organization.- Monitors competitive products and competitive conditions.- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners.- Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.- Establishes and maintains consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.- Performs other related duties and projects as required by management.**Education and Experience**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the Marketing field.- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
