**Job Type**: Full TimeLocation: CDMX Santa Fe - IN008**JOB SUMMARY**:Reporting to the Senior Director-Global Operations, The Director-Mexico Operations has overall responsibility for the Mexico operations team and and directs all business activities for the delivery of Managed Services for the Ford account in Mexico.
This role will manage multi-disciplinary teams covering all customs areas including import, export, classification, origin, and compliance.
The Director formulates and implements operations, policies and procedures to facilitate processes according to company standards and values.
**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Owns overall responsibility for service delivery execution and strategic direction for the Managed Services operation for assigned region.- Executes key planning of processes and business structure initiatives throughout the region.- Resolves internal and client facing problems.- Interact with Ford management at an operation & strategic level, agreeing on objectives.- Exhibits financial accountability for the Managed Services operation for assigned region.- Works with the Senior Director, Global Operations to manage overall budget for assigned region.- Monitor customer satisfaction through KPIs from managed teams and direct communication from customer.
Ensure that all service-related issues are prioritized and resolved within appropriate timescales.- Creates and executes staffing plans based on business and competitive needs.- Drives talent management activities including performance management and employee development.- Manages the Fiscal Depot operations in Mexico for a large automotive OEM.- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.- Adhere to established policies and procedures.
