Job Summary:
The CPS Planning and Logistics Manager is a key member of the Plant leadership team, responsible for Planning, Transportation & Logistics, supervision of all in-bound and out-bound logistics, Inventory Analysis and BCP activities to ensure continuity of supply.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Planning processes in compliance with the TCCC's requirements to guarantee the timely supply of products to our customers. The main processes are Supply Planning Processes: Production Planning, Inventory Management, MRP, Planning Master Data and NP tactical planning.
2. Lead and develop the whole team assuring a safe place to work and a healthy environment in order to fulfil current and future Business needs. Defining objectives,
assigning responsibilities and guiding all to execute with excellence in all areas. Guarantee the right capabilities and resources are in place for a timely and quality operation.
3. Manage resources to support material and production planning together with Operations and Supply Chain areas.
4. Make sure all processes comply with Company requirements and are executed in high standards as well as generating an environment of value creation, productivity and constant process optimization.
5. Support the Operation with technical expertise in the area and strategic thinking for mid- and long-term planning.
6. Responsible for setting the optimal manufacturing plan for the Concentrate Plant considering efficiency (OEE), capabilities, constraints, maintenance plans, Capital Projects and other initiatives.
7. Responsible for managing logistics of the Concentrate Plant including Inbound processes (imports and local), Outbound processes (Finish Goods deliveries to customers), as well as transportation management.

Responsible for IMCR (Incident Management and Crisis Resolution) for the Concentrate Plant.
9. Responsible for ensuring readiness for BCP (Business Continuity Plan) Process for concentrate and beverage bases for Mexico CPS Plant.
10. Provide information and collaborate with the Supply Chain Services area for the execution of the monthly SPP meeting and participate in Next Gen S process with Bottlers when required.
Functional Competencies Required:
1. Track record of executing business results including people and change management in a supply chain environment.
2. Previous experience in supply chain roles within CPS or equivalent organization (supply chain expert).
3. Supply chain thought leadership, business acumen, understanding of the KO System and P management experience.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
5.
Executing in a complex portfolio / matrixed business.
6. Excellent English spoken and written skills.
Education / Experience:
1. University/Bachelor's Degree / Administration/Industrial Engineering.
2. Supply chain and operational leadership roles in manufacturing operations in food, pharmaceutical or chemical industry. >10 years
Leadership Behaviors:
Leader of Leaders, Cultural Diversity. The incumbent in this role needs excellent interpersonal skills and very well developed cultural awareness skills. Fluent written and spoken English is important as well as strong communication skills, as interacting with contacts from other concentrate plants and locations around the world (Asia, Europe, Africa, Latin America and United States) could be required.
Travel Requirements:
The position will be primarily based at the plant, with occasional business trips up to 10% of work time under normal conditions. Trips include occasional visits to other concentrate plants, bottling operations or Company offices.
