The are specialised in the development of construction projects for the luxury hospitality industry and residential, where they act as a developers and owners. Currently with multiple projects in Latin America and Europe.




Job Description Oversee all construction projects from inception to completion.Ensure all construction projects are completed on schedule and within budget.Maintain the highest quality standards across all projects.Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure all construction projects align with company goals.Develop and implement construction strategies that support the company's expansion plans.Manage a global team of construction professionals.Ensure all construction activities comply with legal and industry standards.Provide regular reports to senior management on project status.Advise on investment analysis for new projects The Successful Applicant A successful Global Director of Construction should have:
Significant experience in managing construction projects within the hospitality industry; mainly for luxury brands. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a global team.Previous experience or currently based in Mexico or in Latin America.A strong understanding of construction practices and industry regulations in the Latin-American Market. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.The ability to develop and implement strategic construction plans.Experience in budget management and project scheduling.Good level English and Spanish.
