The Director of Finance is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Finance & Accounting Division, while maintaining Hyatt International's high standards of Financial Management.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- Prior experience as a hotel property finance leader, preferably within a luxury complex resort
- Deep experience with hotel financial reporting systems, policies and procedures, and management agreements
- Experience with operating and financial agreements; demonstrated success in evaluating risks and developing proactive strategies and plans to mitigate business issues
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
