Join our team as Director of Food & Beverage at Susurros del Corazon in Punta de Mita México, reporting to the Resort Manager. You will be responsible for the execution and supervision of a high-end experience at the restaurants, in-room dining, banquets, amenities, and other outlets. Responsible for the execution and supervision of the entire food & beverage operation in the hotel, points of sale and consumption center.Directly responsible for the entire food and beverage operation, strategy, vision and mission.Will be in charge of the development and relationship of unique food and beverage events for the property. Placing strong emphasis on Auberge standards and vision of values.Directly involved in the development and creation of new consumption centers.Lead and analyze guest satisfaction, quality of service, sales, costs, quality and presentation of food and beverage products, service standards, condition, and cleanliness of facilities and equipment.Lead a group of managers in each area to achieve guest satisfaction, team member engagement and service delivery goals.QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field.Five or more years' operating experience in a similar capacity in a top restaurant group or luxury hotel Food & Beverage department. Experience in maintaining state and federal health and safety regulations.Experience in completing administrative tasks, including reporting, budgeting, and project management.Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate the front and back of the house to deliver an exceptional experience.Must meet goals for key metrics.
