As part of the first Park Hyatt in Mexico, you will ensure the convenient and efficient operation of the Human Resources Department in order to optimize resources in all processes and foster an environment aligned to our higher purpose, also taking care of the guidelines and standards established by Hyatt International.
Main Responsibilities:Ensure that the hotel adheres to the Company/Hotel Human Resources Policies and Procedures.Ensure that government stipulated employee legislation is strictly followed and implemented.Responsible for the security and maintenance of personnel files including domestic and foreign files.Support the hotel's focus on service excellence by recruiting and training staff to provide exceptional service to the hotel's external customers (guests).Ensure that Human Resources staff provide professional, courteous, and caring service to other employees (internal customers) and other visitors to the division.Assist in maintaining efficient staffing and payroll levels, collaborating with Divisional/Departmental heads to maximize productivity and minimize unnecessary payroll costs.Develop the department's annual budget. Oversee month-to-month expense control and forecast management.Familiar with productivity indices (and other key performance indicators), analyze monthly turnover and vacation reporting.Define departmental Scoreboard goals, as well as responsible for verifying the follow-up and achievement of these goals.Qualifications3 to 5 years of experience in a directive positionAdvanced EnglishExperience in luxury hotelsStrong communication and presentation skills at all levels of managementLeadership ability and behavior consistent with our core valuesOur family is always growing.
