SummaryAs part of the first Park Hyatt in Mexico, you will ensure the convenient and efficient operation of the Human Resources Department in order to optimize resources in all processes and foster an environment aligned to our higher purpose, also taking care of the guidelines and standards established by Hyatt International.Main Responsibilities:- Ensure that the hotel adheres to the Company/Hotel Human Resources Policies and Procedures.- Ensure that government stipulated employee legislation is strictly followed and implemented.- Responsible for the security and maintenance of personnel files including domestic and foreign files.- Attend Departmental Communication Boards.- Will support the hotel's focus on service excellence by recruiting and training staff to provide exceptional service to the hotel's external customers, (guests).- Ensure that Human Resources staff provide professional, courteous and caring service to other employees (internal customers) and other visitors to the division. Will be aware of MEDALLIA results to monitor feedback that impacts NPS results and thereby be able to detect areas of opportunity for training, turnover, staff retention, recruitment and selection, etc.- Assist in maintaining efficient staffing and payroll levels, collaborating with Divisional/Departmental heads to maximize productivity and minimize unnecessary payroll costs.- Develop the department's annual budget. Oversee month-to-month expense control and forecast management.- Will be familiar with productivity indices (and other key performance indicators), analyze monthly turnover and vacation reporting.- Definition of departmental Scoreboard goals, as well as responsible for verifying the follow-up and achievement of these goals.
