DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES**Location**:Irapuato, MexicoThe Director for HR will oversee multiple HR Managers/Plants for a dynamic tier 1 automotive supplier.
The Director will work closely with the HR Managers to develop and implement HR department processes and systems to meet strategic and operational objectives.
:Develop and implement effective two:Way colleague communication processes that foster the resolution of problems and improves understanding of key business and HR strategies.
:Coach, counsel and provide guidance and direction to HR staff of Mexico.
:Develops and implements programs that support our Values and maximize teamwork, open communications and fair and consistent treatment:Identifies personnel needs across the region and puts in place recruitment and selection practices to meet those needs.
Continuously evaluates the effectiveness of policies and programs in attracting and retaining the required talent:Develop policiesand programs for effective management of the workforce.
Ensure the organization is in compliance with laws and regulations.
:Responsible for preparing and maintaining annual budget for responsible areas within HR group.
:Work closely with Director HR Services to ensure consistent**Requirements**::Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
:7 or more years of Importante empresa within Human Importante empresa.
:Strong knowledge of human resources with an expertise in several functional areas including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, operations, legal, etc.
:PHR and/or SPHR preferred:Knowledge of local, state and federal legislation.
:Previous automotive/manufacturing Importante empresa:Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational, planning and computer skills required.
:Ability to travel regionally up to 30.
