Organize initiatives to maintain permanently good labor atmosphere., Lead the good relationship with the union representatives.- lmplement norms policies and procedure to cover all the labor regulations.- Design and implement health and safety strategies.. Maintain a strict control over the headcount and payroll.- Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in the compensation structure including benefits.- ldentify potential opportunity areas to improve, being involved into the operation to anticipate potential problems.. Responsible to implement all the corporate training programs and initiatives.
