**Job Summary**
Ensure to have the right people in the right position, doing the right things, through the implementation of different strategies focused in attract, retain, develop and reward all the Colleagues ensuring as well the compliance of all the legal and labor regulations and be a strong support to the operation, creating a safety and world class place to work.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain all the time updated organization cha( and manning guide for all the areas of the hotel. Stablish constantly strategies to attract the best talents to our company.. lmplement an effective internal communication system. Develop potential Colleagues to cover managerial positions.
- Look to have a permanent contact with the local and international universities and schools. Organize initiatives to maintain permanently good labor atmosphere., Lead the good relationship with the union representatives.
- lmplement norms policies and procedure to cover all the labor regulations.
- Design and implement health and safety strategies.. Maintain a strict control over the headcount and payroll.
- Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in the compensation structure including benefits.
- ldentify potential opportunity areas to improve, being involved into the operation to anticipate potential problems.. Responsible to implement all the corporate training programs and initiatives. Coordinate efforts of the HR Team.
