Overview This position will report to the Director of Product and Marketing, LATAM and be primarily responsible for the local marketing communications strategy and execution for Mexico across both the Ninja and Shark brands. Key Characteristics Rarely Satisfied – Has a burning desire to win that drives them to get better every day and to push others to do the same Progress Over Perfection – Makes quick, daily progress and continuously adapts to achieve results rather than requiring perfect planning Details Make the Difference – Strives to fully understand the situation, opportunity, or problem, learning what might be below the surface as to get ahead of it Winning is a Team Sport – Collaborates with many cross-functional colleagues to collectively win, understanding and appreciating that differences exist between cultures around the globe as it relates to attitudes, values, perceptions, preferences, and behaviors Communicates for Impact – Communicates effectively, honestly, and directly with others, even those in other parts of the world Operates with a spirit of continuous inquiry; open to challenges and different paths forward Nimble, agile, and resourceful; turns challenges into opportunities Leads cross-functionally Enjoys the freedom to learn and grow in a passionate environment Manages many projects and tasks at once while meeting or exceeding deadlines Embraces transparency and shifting priorities while learning from each decision Responsibilities Lead development of marketing strategy in Mexico by working closely with SharkNinja corporate team, local agencies, content creators, and distribution partners to create effective plans focused on growing the audience for Shark and Ninja products in the Mexican market Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales Support retail sell-in meetings with Distributors and Account Managers to ensure proper representation of the Shark and Ninja brands Own and track complete marketing budget for the Mexican market and report on status to Senior Management on a regular basis Deeply understand the Mexican consumer, the Mexican home, and the Mexican market Attend marketing trade shows to stay up to date on latest marketing trends Travel minimum of four times per year to Boston, MA Qualifications Masters Degree Preferred Fluent in both Spanish and English. Must have excellent speaking, writing, and reading capabilities in both languages. 10 years' experience in marketing leadership, with proven track record of effective campaign creation Experience leading a marketing team Proven ability to manage and track marketing budgets In-dept knowledge of market research Established roster of PR and Media agency contacts Experience in home electronic appliances and/or beauty is preferred Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time within Mexico and to the USA - /Boston, MA area headquarters J-18808-Ljbffr J-18808-Ljbffr
