Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an_ Operations/ Manufacturing Director_ located in Guadalajara, North Campus._
- Reporting to the General Manager, Operations Manufacturing Director involves being responsible and ensuring that all operational processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's goals and objectives for metal-mechanical organization. Working closely with various senior management positions, the Operations Manufacturing Director. will provide strategical leadership and direction to develop, improve and implement high productivity and quality standards in a safe and healthy work environment._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the organization to promote a safe work environment._
- _ Collaborate with cross-functional teams providing guidance, training, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives._
- _ Guarantee production, delivery in full, on time and in specifications, required by customers, at the most competitive cost._
- _ Define operational goals and execute._
- _ Operational business experience including a successful performance track record managing large organizations._
- _ Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for operational activities, ensuring cost-effective operations to achieve the company's financial results._
- _ Define and execute operational programs in line with strategic plans and annual operating goals._
- _ Meet with Executive Business leaders (at least monthly) to review and evaluate KOI's._
- _ Attend quarterly business reviews with key customers._
- _ Provide strategical leadership to different areas (such as purchasing, production control, planning, engineering, maintenance, etc) to meet or exceed customer's expectations._
- _ Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions._
- _ Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit; train and retain a qualified and motivated workforce._
- The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS degree._
- _ Previous experience and knowledge in Metal Mechanical industry (preferable in sheet metal fabrication or related)._
- _ Excellent skills such as: communication, problem solving, decision maker and teamwork._
- _ Strong experience in people management and staff development._
- _ Advanced English._
- _ Experience in similar position in electronic
- manufacturing environment._
- _ Strong experience guiding multiple manufacturing entities._
- _ Strong innovation skills and creativity._
- _ Proven ability to follow up and improve key financial results._
- _ Leadership_
- _ MBA is a plus._
