We continuously strive to curate the best culinary experiences and products and to create the best content for the millions of customers visiting our site while providing additional support and business to our partners.**About the Role**:**A Day in the Life of Director of Operations at Cozymeal**- Work closely with cross-functional team leads to create and implement policies and initiatives that support the company's business goals and align with the company's business strategy.- Refine existing KPIs and define new KPIs to keep track of the most important metrics contributing to the company's overall success from demand (customer demand), supply (partners such as chefs, food tour guides & sommeliers) and operations (customer support & partner operations).- Work with the partner recruiting team leads (aka expansion team leads) on focussing on the right markets, hiring the right partners and optimizing the partner on-boarding process to meet our existing demand most effectively.- Work with both the partner recruiting and partner operations team leads on maximizing partner success on the platform.- Work with the customer support and sales team leads on ensuring all important metrics are met.- Lead the implementation of important features to optimize and further scale the company's operations.- Managing P&Ls for respective departments- Identifying customer acquisition projects with greatest impact and ROI for the company.**Requirements Include**:- Bachelor's in business, economics, mathematics, sciences, engineering or related field.- MBA or graduate degree is a plus.- 6+ years of operational leadership experience and/or management consulting experience.- Hands-on experience in several of these areas: web product management, business development, operations, sales
