Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Develops and maintains manufacturing operations business plans to include all program requirements, labor hours, cycle, production costs, and image. - Provides input to the development of product strategy and research and development of new and emerging products. - Establishes production and quality control standards, develops budget and cost controls, and obtains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered. - Provides guidance to the development of a manufacturing process plan, including personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, facility needs, and tooling and equipment needs. - Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met. - Coordinates manufacturing activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment. - Reviews production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays. - Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives. - Develop operational procedures and standards to achieve business goals. - Develop budget plans to control expense and meet cost objectives. - Develop strategic plans to improve operational efficiency. - Schedule monthly meetings to discuss about concerns, budgets and business improvements. - Assist in development and delivery of all client projects. - Manage staffing requirement and assignment for client projects. - Provide support and guidance to operations team as and when needed. - Monitor performance metrics and evaluate operational effectiveness. - Ensure that operations team follows safety and security procedures. - Responsible for implementing programs to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and the requirements of the RBA - Perform other duties as assigned.Experiência y requisitosOferta de empleo confidencialOfrecemos a las empresas la opción de publicar sus ofertas de empleo de manera confidencial, esto es por razones propias de la empresa y en algunos puestos desean mantener la información de forma privada.
