We have endless exciting problems to solve and we only use the best and latest technology.**Position: Director of Operations****Responsibilities**:- The Director of Operations is responsible the strategic vision and leadership to ensure the delivery of annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly business plans.- Control the daily operation of our transportation contract, in compliance with the policies of the contracting agency and in conformance with company procedures.- Develop an operational plan and budget that drives attainment of the Company's financial and strategic goals- Establish metrics and conducts analysis to understand and manage performance levels against operational key performance indicators (KPI's) and company expectations
