We aim to foster a diverse global economy by building a generational platform that seamlessly connects companies with talent worldwide.There's never been a more exciting time to join Deel — the market leader in international payroll and compliance.**Duties**- Lead a key product division at Deel- Direct a number or self contained teams reporting to you (each team has their own mix of Product Manager, Designers, FE and BE engineers, QA, analysts and operations according to its purpose)- Own the strategy and architecture, and ultimately accountable for the success of the division- Be able to perform tactical work when needed to unblock your team- Guide and mentor the Product Managers reporting to you- Build industry leading solutions to complex problems in a high dependency environment- Above all - Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people all round the world**Requirements**:- Performed as a Product Director or equivalent for at least 2 years in a fast pace environment (ideally scale up/start-up)- Previously acted as a Product Manager for minimum 5 years- Be willing and able to be hands on when needed- Strong understanding of Product, Design and Leadership- Driven, collaborative, strong multitask- Preferably based in EMEA or Americas ET**Total Rewards**Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
