Director of Revenue Management, International PE Fund focused on Hospitality, Mexico City, Mexico**About our client**We are currently working with an international private equity real estate fund focused on the luxury, high-end hospitality segment in Mexico and the US. Our client seeks an experienced professional to join their team as a Director of Revenue Management, overseeing a portfolio of multiple luxury hotels. The position is based in Mexico City **What the job involves**- Ensure revenue is maximized and follows properties' objectives.- Assess the external marketplace, demand, and competitor offerings to ensure proper price competition.- Evaluate and propose revenue management strategies where needed to mitigate losses or maximize gains.- Analyze the business with forecasting and budget revenue included.- Maximize profitability by identifying the demands on the market.- Ensure all hotels are properly positioned.- Assist and guide hotels with their forecast, pricing strategies, and inventory opportunities.- Prepare the daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management and investors**Who we are looking for**- Solid experience in hotel revenue management with full-service and multi-property responsibility.- Experience in high-end luxury hotel brands in Mexico and the Caribbean.- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hotel management or international business.- Analytical, organized, technical and detail oriented.- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.Save roleLog in to applyJob ID 12558
