We are looking for an experienced leader in Revenue Management to join us in our Commercial team in Cancun.**Summary of Position**:The position is integral to the success of OTS Globe in the Americas Region. Accountable for maximizing OTS Globe revenues across the Americas Regions. The position will assist in the development and implementation of OTS Americas yield strategies, serving as a primary liaison between Executive Leadership, Contracting, & Commercial teams in the Americas. The position is responsible for data analysis and the development of revenue strategies in accordance with the Revenue Strategy / strategic plan and annual operating plan for the Americas.**Key Responsibilities**- Maximizing OTS revenues by monitoring hotel, chain, & client production, ensuring that an optimal markup is achieved.- Analyze and interpret performance trends of clients and market behaviour to identify opportunities for optimization and growth in accordance with strategic objectives.- Create markup strategies.- Conduct market research to support analysis & centralized revenue management decisions.- Collaborate with the Product team to implement and optimize reporting tools needed for Revenue management.- Provide analytical support to the Commercial Team including pro-active summaries, as well as timely response to ad-hoc requests for statistics and data analysis.- Critically analyzing the impact of the revenue management strategies implemented.- Meet & exceed budgeted revenue & margin targets.- Assist as needed in yearly budgeting process.- Manage a team of Revenue Managers -provide direction, coaching & support remotely.- University degree in Tourism or Economics- Experience in Yield & Revenue tasks or contracting with hotels is highly advantageous.- Strong Analytical & technical skills.- Fluent English required. Spanish & Portuguese a plus.- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point.- Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines.- Professional level of personal interaction and communication.- Strategic mindset and solution oriented.- Travel required as needed.
