We are a one of a kind solution and you will be contributing to our mission of reshaping the digital landscape for tattoo studios.**[DESCRIPTION]**In this role, you will:- Manage & scale our sales team.- Measure and track KPI's to provide feedback/ coaching.- Interact with our clients to receive feedback.- Build new systems.- Gain sales experience in a new industry.**Because we are a young and fast growing company, there is endless opportunities for growth and management.****[KEY SKILLS]**- Previous experience in managing sales teams, sales, customer service, or appointment scheduling.- Familiarity with the tattoo industry.- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to unique voices within the industry.- Tech Savviness is a MUST: At the very least, being able to utilize Google Workspace with ease.- i3 or Ryzen 3 computer with at least 8GB of RAM is a MUST.- Remote work experience (desired but not essential).**[SALARY RANGE]**(Monthly) MX $20,000 + Commissions* (*Commissions offered after graduating from training).**[SCHEDULE]**Sunday-Friday: 10am-6pm PSTSaturdays off.**[CLOSING STATEMENT]**Pay: $20,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience closing sales with warm/hot leads?- Do you have a proven record of scaling sales teams?**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
