This field-based role is responsible for driving sales, creating exceptional experiences for both new and existing clients, and overseeing all aspects of the sales journey. Key responsibilities include directing, coordinating, training, and supervising the sales team while collaborating closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, and other departments to optimize revenue, profitability, and market performance. As a brand champion, this role plays a pivotal part in achieving the hotel's financial objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of both short- and long-term strategies to drive revenue growth across all channels and increase market share performance.- Achieve and exceed hotel revenue goals through proactive solicitation efforts, effective communication, and strategic sales initiatives.- Prepare and direct the creation of key sales reports, including the annual and monthly forecast, marketing budget, lead management system, group booking pace report, STAR reports, and sales meeting minutes.- Support group room sales, including managing rate, date, and space commitments, and ensure that all sales activities align with the hotel's objectives.- Support the development and implementation of the strategic sales plan, including monthly reports, annual goals, sales and marketing budgets, and forecasts, in addition to any other required reports.- Foster collaboration across all hotel departments to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional, luxury service that aligns with the brand's commitment to excellence.- Uphold and promote the culture of the Auberge Resorts Collection, ensuring that it remains at the heart of all sales and operational efforts.**Qualifications**- Minimum of five (5) Years of Hotel Sales, Catering or Marketing Experience.- Management Experience: 5 Minimum Years of Leadership Experience in a Full-Service Hotel: 4-star plus.- Highly professional presentation and communication (oral and written) skills, with the ability to address executive-level constituents.- Demonstrate the ability to perform critical analysis.- Must be able to manage people, including giving directions and delegating responsibilities, and be a culture ambassador.- Must be able to work at the property.**Additional Information
