Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing professional services operations in the Software Development and IT Services industry. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
