Director Ops

**Escentials functions:Plans, directs and executes the unit's manufacturing plan. Provides positive leadership to assigned human resources. Ensures conformance with HFS standards, policies, regulations, and procedures within the scope of authority. Maximizes customer satisfaction through on-time delivery of products which meet required specifications. Continually improves the effectiveness and efficiency of manufacturing processes. Seeks to improve profit performance across all product lines- **Experience:Seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, with five (5) or more years of that time in senior-level leadership roles.- **Education:A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.- **Knowledge:- Extensive knowledge and experience with lean manufacturing, preferably in the fastener industry. Proven leadership and management skills. Thorough knowledge of complex electronic business enterprise systems.- Ability to work effectively with employees, peers, senior-level leaders, customers and vendor representatives.- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
