You'll work closely with senior leaders to align People initiatives with business goals, ensuring Boldr remains a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. Your focus will be on enhancing leadership effectiveness, fostering employee engagement, and creating scalable solutions that support growth and development. You will lead a team of dynamic business partners to ensure proactive engagement driving our organization forward in our mission to do good and do well while driving our belief that talent is everywhere but opportunity is not.WHAT WILL FILL YOUR WORKDAYAct as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing insights and guidance on organizational design, culture, and people-related decisions.Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute cyclical People programs (i.E. compensation & performance cycles).Partner with leaders on strategies that support organizational objectives, drive business outcomes and enhance the employee experience.Lead initiatives that foster development, equipping leaders to effectively manage, inspire, and grow their teams.Develop and implement scalable performance management processes that align individual and team goals with organizational success.Design and implement initiatives to drive organizational change and performance.Identify and address workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development needs.Champion a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, and drive DEIB initiatives ensuring Boldr continues to be a welcoming and inclusive environment.Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of People initiatives, providing actionable insights to leadership.Design and execute engagement and retention strategies that align with Boldr's mission and values
